注意事項

1. 為維護使用者之權益，請愛惜使用本中心設備，並遵守各項使用須知。
2. 使用本設施請先於1F櫃台登記繳費後，始可入場使用。
3. 若有以下情形之一，禁止使用本設備：（1）患有傳染性疾病者。（2）飯後一小時内、血壓過低、酒後、睡眠不足時或其他任何身體不適者。（3）患有高血壓、糖尿病、心臟病等，於生理或心理狀態不適宜入場使用之情形者。
4. 使用本場地須著正式運動服裝及運動鞋；禁止穿著黑色膠底鞋、牛仔褲、西裝褲、拖鞋、涼鞋、皮鞋、高跟鞋、帆布鞋、休閒鞋或赤腳等非運動服裝入場。
5. 場地內嚴禁吸菸、喝酒、飲食（飲用水除外）、嚼檳榔或口香糖。
6. 活動民眾應於場地租借時間內使用，如非租用時間禁止擅自進入使用。
7. 使用館內場地時，請注意使用時間，勿超時占用（包括公益活動），尊重下一位使用者的權利。
8. 個人貴重物品、財務請自行妥善保管，若遺失本中心恕不負責。
9. 本場地所舉辦的各項活動，請依規定報名參加，禁止私下他用。
10. 未經本中心同意，嚴禁私人收費教學，如有出現教學指導行為者，經勸導後仍執意教學，本中心將錄影拍照蒐證並將教學者請出場外，以維護客人安全及本中心教學品質。若有爭議或無法界定者，本中心得立即終止使用權利並要求離場。
11. 非體育活動經本中心核准出借使用時，須另訂契約並依約辦理借用手續。
12. 如有租借/使用各項器材須先將含照片之證件押給櫃檯，於使用完畢後，請立即歸還並排列整齊。
13. 若因使用不當造成設備/器材毀損，本中心有權要求損壞賠償。（賠償細則請參照器具租借須知）
14. 為維持環境及安全，如有違反使用須知、不聽從教練指導或因個人因素而影響他人權益或導致受傷時，本中心得立即禁止使用（不予退費）並不負賠償責任。
15. 未經中心許可禁止照相、攝影、錄音、張貼或懸掛海報、旗幟、標語等。
16. 禁止攜帶寵物進入場館，法令另有規定者，不在此限。
17. 館內插座不提供給個人使用。如因活動或租借場地，需先付費後方能使用。
18. 本須知如有未盡事宜，得另行增列、修訂之，並以現場公告或工作人員說明為準。若未能配合管理者，現場工作人員將有權令其離場（不予退費）並不負賠償責任。為維護其他使用者的安全，屢勸不聽者，中心有權禁止其使用。
19. 淋濕的物品（如：傘/鞋/衣/帽⋯等）請先擦乾後再帶入場館，以避免地面濕滑以及水氣損害地板材質。

1. To protect the rights of users, please use the equipment of this center with care and comply with all usage instructions.
2. To use this facility, please register and pay at the 1F counter before entering.
3. If any of the following circumstances occur, it is prohibited to use this device: (1) People suffering from infectious diseases. (2) Within one hour after a meal, when the blood pressure is too low, after drinking alcohol, when lacking sleep, or when experiencing any other physical discomfort. (3) Those who suffer from hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, etc. and are physically or mentally unfit to enter the venue.
4. Formal sportswear and sports shoes are required for use of this venue. Non-sportswear such as black rubber-soled shoes, jeans, suit trousers, slippers, sandals, leather shoes, high heels, canvas shoes, casual shoes, or bare feet are not permitted.
5. Smoking, drinking, eating (except drinking water), chewing betel nut or chewing gum are strictly prohibited on the venue.
6. Participants should use the venue during the rental period. Unauthorized entry is prohibited outside of the rental period.
7. When using the venue, please pay attention to the usage time, do not occupy it beyond the time limit (including charity activities), and respect the rights of the next user.
8. Please keep your personal valuables and financial belongings safe. The center will not be responsible if they are lost.
9. Please register and participate in all activities held at this venue in accordance with the regulations. Private use is prohibited.
10. Private tuition is strictly prohibited without the center’s consent. If anyone engages in inappropriate teaching and continues to teach after being advised, the center will record and photograph the evidence and remove the inappropriate teaching from the venue to protect the safety of our guests and the quality of our teaching. If there is a dispute or the definition cannot be determined, the Center may immediately terminate the user’s rights and request their departure.
11. When the Center approves the use of equipment for non-sports activities, a separate contract must be signed and the borrowing procedures must be completed in accordance with the contract.
12. If you rent or use any equipment, you must first deposit your photo ID at the counter. After use, please return it immediately and arrange it in an orderly manner.
13. If the equipment/devices are damaged due to improper use, the center reserves the right to claim compensation for the damages. (Please refer to the Equipment Rental Notice for compensation details)
14. To maintain a safe and environmentally friendly environment, the Center may immediately prohibit the use of the equipment (without refund) and will not be held liable for compensation if the user violates the instructions, fails to follow the instructor’s instructions, or causes personal harm to others or causes injury.
15. Taking photos, filming, recording, posting or hanging posters, flags, slogans, etc. is prohibited without the center’s permission.
16. Pets are not allowed into the venue, unless otherwise provided by law.
17. Sockets in the museum are not available for personal use. If you are using the venue for an event or to rent a space, you must pay first before you can use it.
18. If there are any matters not covered in this notice, they may be supplemented or revised, and the on-site announcements or staff instructions shall prevail. If you fail to cooperate with the management, the on-site staff will have the right to ask you to leave (without refund) and will not be liable for compensation. To protect the safety of other users, the center reserves the right to prohibit anyone from using the platform if they refuse to comply with repeated warnings.
19. Please dry wet items (such as umbrellas, shoes, clothes, hats, etc.) before bringing them into the venue to prevent the floor from being slippery and moisture from damaging the floor material.
