注意事項
- 為維持環境及安全,如有違反使用須知、不聽從教練或救生員指導或因個人因素而影響他人權益或導致受傷時,本中心得立即禁止使用(不予退費)並不負賠償責任。本規範涵蓋B1泳池全區域(如:游泳池、兒童池、SPA池、常溫池、熱水池、蒸氣室及烤箱)均適用,細部規則請依各設施使用規範為主。
- 若有以下情形之一,禁止使用本設備:
- 患有傳染性疾病者。(2)皮膚病(潰爛、傷口)患者。(3)飯後一小時内,酒後、嚴重睡眠不足時、藥效未退前或其他任何身體不適者。(4)患有高血壓、
- 糖尿病、心臟病等,於生理或心理狀態不適宜入場使用之情形者。
- 65歲以上之長者,建議需有家屬/同伴陪同使用,使用時間請勿過長。
- 公益時段為回饋社會服務,請使用者更珍惜場所並遵守入場規定。清場時段為現場環境整理時間,請泳客遵守清場規定,配合離場。(教學課程除外)
- 嚴禁吸煙、喝酒、嚼食檳榔、口香糖及攜帶任何食品、飲料入場。飲用水允許,盛水器具需能加蓋鎖緊。
- 依據兒童及少年福利與權益保障法第51條規定,6歲以下兒童,須由父母、監護人或其他實際照顧兒童之人陪同進入本區域。
- 12歲以下兒童禁止進入SPA/蒸氣室/烤箱;熱水池須由家長陪同入池。
- 為不影響水質及衛生,泳池部內禁止穿鞋/拖鞋,泳客須著貼身泳衣、泳褲、泳帽、泳鏡入池(禁止穿著海灘褲、有鈕扣及拉鍊之衣物進入)。
- 入池前請徹底淋浴及卸妝,嚴禁皮膚表面塗抹防曬油、保養品及化妝品。
- 禁止佩戴玻璃泳鏡(眼鏡)或攜帶玻璃容器、陶瓷器及其他易碎物品進入泳池部內。
- 本中心水道區分為快速水道、長泳水道、練習水道及教學水道,各水道禁止使用任何輔具(本中心認可之浮板除外),說明如下:
- 長泳水道:右去左回,中途不可停留。
- 練習水道:本中心教學時間之外,供泳客自我練習,可於泳道任一處暫休息。
- 教學水道:以中心教學需求為優先,無課程時段可開放供泳客使用。
- 禁止於池內及池邊跳水、奔跑、嬉戲、潛泳、蹲坐或站立於池邊等妨害他人安全之行為。
- 嚴禁本中心教學課程以外之私人教學行為。
- 未經中心許可禁止照相、攝影、錄音、張貼或懸掛海報、旗幟、標語等。
- 個人物品請置放於開放式或投幣式置物櫃內以便管理,限當天使用,違者清空。泳池區內禁止以物品占用座位,私人物品請自行保管,如有遺失自行負責。
- 場館如遇使用人數較多時,將採最適量管制。
- 泳池各場地使用時,應遵守各場地專屬安全規定,本場救生員得隨時制止使用者有安全顧慮之行為,如不聽制止,本中心有權強制使用者離開泳池全部或局部場地之權利。
- 本中心泳池全面禁止使用潛泳面鏡、呼吸管、蛙鞋、划手板、泳圈、臂圈等用品。(浮板、8字浮球及教學課程除外)(訓練水道不在此限)
- 本中心因衛生及安全考量,不提供免費吹風機,請善用投幣式吹風機。
- 禁止攜帶寵物進入場館,法令另有規定者,不在此限。
- 館內插座不提供給個人使用。如因活動或租借場地,需先付費後方能使用。
- 本須知如有未盡事宜,得另行增列、修訂之,並以現場公告或工作人員說明為準。若未能配合管理者,現場工作人員將有權令其離場(不予退費)並不負賠償責任。為維護其他使用者的安全,屢勸不聽者,中心有權禁止其使用。
- 淋濕的物品(如:傘/鞋/衣/帽⋯等)請先擦乾後再帶入場館,以避免地面濕滑以及水氣損害地板材質。
- To maintain the environment and safety, if you violate the instructions for use, do not follow the instructions of the coach or lifeguard, or affect the rights of others or cause injuries due to personal reasons, the center may immediately prohibit you from using the equipment (no refund will be given) and will not be held responsible for compensation. This regulation covers the entire area of the B1 swimming pool (such as: swimming pool, children’s pool, SPA pool, constant temperature pool, hot pool, steam room and oven). Please refer to the detailed rules of each facility for the use of the equipment.
- If you have any of the following circumstances, you are prohibited from using this equipment:
- People with infectious diseases.
- People with skin diseases (ulcers, wounds).
- Within one hour after a meal, after drinking alcohol, when severely sleep deprived, before the effect of medication has worn off, or any other physical discomfort.
- Those who suffer from hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, etc. and are physically or mentally unfit to enter the venue.
- For those over 65 years old, it is recommended that they be accompanied by family members/companions and do not use the equipment for too long.
- The charity period is to give back to the community. Please cherish the venue and abide by the admission regulations. The clearing period is the time for the on-site environment to be cleaned up. Please abide by the clearing regulations and cooperate in leaving. (Except for instructional sessions)
- Smoking, drinking, chewing betel nut, chewing gum, and bringing any food or beverages into the pool area are strictly prohibited. Drinking water is permitted, provided that water containers are securely covered and locked.
- In accordance with Article 51 of the Child and Youth Welfare and Rights Protection Act, children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other person responsible for their care.
- Children under the age of 12 are prohibited from entering the spa, steam room, or oven; parents are required to accompany them in the hot tub.
- To maintain water quality and hygiene, shoes and slippers are prohibited in the pool area. Swimmers must wear a close-fitting swimsuit, swimming trunks, a swimming cap, and swimming goggles (dressing shorts and clothing with buttons or zippers are prohibited).
- Please shower thoroughly and remove makeup before entering the pool. Applying sunscreen, skincare products, or cosmetics to the skin is strictly prohibited.
- Glass goggles, glass containers, ceramics, or other fragile items are prohibited in the pool area.
- The swimming pools of the center are divided into fast swimming pools, long swimming pools, practice pools and teaching pools. The use of any auxiliary equipment (except for floats approved by the center) is prohibited in any of the pools. The following are the instructions:
- Long swimming pool: Go right and return left, and do not stop in the middle.
- Practice pool: Outside the teaching hours of the center, it is for swimmers to practice on their own. Swimmers can take a break at any part of the swimming pool.
- Teaching pool: Prioritizes the teaching needs of the center and is open to swimmers during non-class hours.
- Diving, running, playing, diving, squatting or standing by the pool, and other behaviors that endanger the safety of others are prohibited in the pool or by the pool.
- Private teaching activities outside the teaching courses of the center are strictly prohibited.
- Photography, filming, recording, posting or hanging posters, flags, slogans, etc. are prohibited without the permission of the center.
- Please place personal items in open or coin-operated lockers for management. They are limited to use on the same day and will be cleared away if violated. The use of items to occupy seats in the pool area is prohibited. Please keep your personal belongings to yourself and be responsible for any loss.
- When the venue is crowded, we will implement appropriate capacity restrictions.
- When using each pool area, please adhere to the specific safety regulations of each area. Lifeguards may intervene at any time to stop users from engaging in unsafe behavior. If you do not comply, the center reserves the right to force you to leave the pool area, in whole or in part.
- The use of diving masks, snorkels, fins, paddles, swim rings, armbands, and other items is prohibited in the center’s pool area. (Except for kickboards, figure-eight floats, and instructional courses.) (This does not apply to training courses.)
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the center does not provide free hairdryers. Please use coin-operated hairdryers .
- Pets are not allowed in the venue, except where otherwise required by law.
- Outlets in the venue are not available for personal use. For events or rentals, payment is required. Any matters not covered in this notice are subject to addition or revision.
- Please refer to on-site announcements or staff instructions for details. Failure to cooperate with management will result in the staff’s right to remove you from the venue (without refund) and without liability for compensation. For the safety of other users, the center reserves the right to prohibit you from using the venue if you repeatedly refuse to comply.
- Wet items (such as umbrellas, shoes, clothing, hats, etc.) must be dried before bringing them into the venue to prevent slippery surfaces and moisture from damaging the flooring.
